Eve Logunova-Parker is a visionary and an innovation-focused professional from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In 2021, Eve was recognized as one of the AI leaders to follow and one of Top 10 powerhouse female ecosystem builders of Amsterdam’s tech domain.
For the last 15 years Eve is dedicated to help people and businesses embrace growth and become future-proof by applying emerging technologies, such as AI, Extended Reality (XR), Web 3.0 and Blockchain. In 2020, she founded Evenness, a fast scaling startup that democratizes XR by making technology accessible to everyone, on any device. Last year Evenness scaled to the US and now builds its own virtual space, a so called Metaverse, for social collaboration and learning.
Eve's life mission is to make technology more inclusive and accessible for people of all walks of life, with a special emphasis on building inclusive solutions by DeepTech companies themselves. With data becoming every company’s best asset, Eve truly believes that AI ethics, Inclusion by design, diverse datasets as well as tech teams are vital in achieving progress toward a more inclusive workplace as well as society at large.

WaiACCELERATE - www.womeninai.co/waiaccelerate - is the first ethical leadership and business acceleration program aimed at women innovators in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning and Data Science, who are ready to start their own venture.
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to disrupt global health, economic, political and social systems, there's another unseen threat rising in the digital space: the risk of cyberattacks that prey on our increased reliance on digital tools & the vulnerability of human behavior online. On March 8th, 2019 International Women’s Day ( #IWD2019 ), Women in AI in the Netherlands organized a unique event – WaiTIME “The Underestimated Power of a Woman in AI”. We didn’t dive too deep into the future of tech or biases, we shared something more powerful – the stories of women from across Europe who started their own businesses in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
This event on April 17th, 2020, featured on tis digital "stage" one of the outstanding COVID-19 frontline doctors in the Netherlands, purpose-driven international AI experts and extraordinary activists who keep on innovating in search of a solution. The session covered the outcomes of coronavirus, its impact on health and the discoveries made by AI; the roadmap towards more sustainable and healthy future; and some of the innovative technology Use Cases that have saved lives of many.
So what is AI for Good? And what are ways in which AI can be used to address the UN Global Sustainable Development Goals? At the event, participants explored different AI applications where it successfully tackles socio-economic challenges (e.g. medicine, healthcare, international aid etc.), as well as discussed others where it has yet to overcome challenges and limitations (e.g. psychology)
WaiOPENDOOR “Autonomous Future: Are we there yet?” was powered by TomTom and CODAM College, two expert organizations focusing on creating non-stop innovation and making the world moving forward– freely, efficiently, and safely. Among the speakers were: Corinne Vigreux, Co-founder of TomTom and the Founder of CODAM; Sindi Shkodrani, Software Engineer at TomTom Autonomous Driving R&D; and Anouk Visser, Co-founder & CTO at Birds.ai. This launch event of Women in AI in the Netherlands, powered by Amazon Web Services, was fully booked. It embraced diversity as various startups, global enterprises, agencies, freelancers and students filled the room at the TQ (TNW) location. Moderator: Eve Logunova.

This panel discussion touched upon the pace of development and potential of AI affecting the labour market. Already a key player in driving digital transformation, chatbots and digital assistants are increasingly becoming the natural choice to scale up distribution of information and support, during the coronavirus crisis. This event provided live examples of multi industry use cases, insights and advice from the panelists on how to navigate the uncertain time of COVID-19. Moderator: Eve Logunova.
This event, part of WaiACCELERATE program, was organized on February 26th, 2020, at the office of AWS and focused on: The Dutch & EU AI startup landscape; The startup ecosystem gender split and the need for more diversity; Market dynamics & AI trends; Successful practices of fast-growing AI ventures.
The meeting was initiated by Janneke Niessen, Founder CapitalT. I supported with inviting diverse female leaders to attend the event. Out of 50 participants, 25 represented the community of Women in AI.
This panel session at World Summit AI 2019 covered innovative practices in the field of Education and the impact of AI in the industry. The event and the mission of Women in AI have created a longstanding interest within the global AI-community. It embraced diversity as representatives of various startups, global enterprises, academia, and agencies filled the Yada Yada place at Taets Park location.
At this event on February 7th, 2019 the members of Women in AI Community learned about the latest AWS AI advances and tried building a robot with AWS Robomaker.
On March 11th, Women in AI Netherlands in partnership with TNW (former TQ), organized an inspiring event – the International Women’s Day “Confessions of an entrepreneur”. During this event, we talked to female entrepreneurs in the field of AI about the challenges that female entrepreneurs face in the male dominated industry of AI and what advice could be applied in future situations.
